The summer adventure day camp for post kindergarteners through age 12 will open June 3rd at the
Iliff Preschool, Kindergarten, and School-Age Summer Camp in SE Denver.

Our adventure day camp staff is dedicated to helping children have a fun summer break whether learning about the natural world, exploring an artistic side or practicing a new skill. Staying engaged by introducing new experiences and fresh learning opportunities challenges all campers while ensuring a strong start to the new school year when the summer comes to an end.

Every camper is considered when planning activities. “There is something for everyone.” For campers looking for a challenge in STEAM activities…guest speakers are invited on site to share hands-on learning experiences. Campers will be challenged to question like a scientist, design and build like an engineer, create like an artist, and solve practical problems like a mathematician.

For the playful and who isn’t?…campers will be challenged to play like a kid. When offsite, campers will focus on traditional warm weather activities such as swimming, hiking, and water fun. They will explore our Centennial State, and its capital, Denver. They will see, hear, taste, smell, and touch their way through adventures that just make “sense”. Campers will get their game on rolling the dice and exploring favorite games while creating new ones. Getting wet and sliding through water while exploring the natural environment will beat the heat and wet appetites for even more fun!

And what about campers who are challenged by staying in their safe zone? If you must, bring your “bestie”. But we understand that camp is a great opportunity to learn how to meet new friends and … we know how to make that happen! We would never want to deprive a camper of any important opportunity such as expanding his/her social circle.

One thing all campers are not challenged by when asked about our summer adventure day camp…is their response! Summer with us adds up to fun, fun, and more fun!!!!
